I’ve spent more than 15 years in accounting and financial leadership roles, working my way from senior accounting positions into Assistant Controller, Controller, North American Controller, and fractional Controller responsibilities.
My experience spans construction, industrial services, manufacturing, multi-entity operations, and growing businesses where strong financial controls and clear reporting really matter.
Over the years, I’ve led month-end close, cash flow forecasting, budgeting, financial reporting, job costing, WIP analysis, reconciliations, audit support, internal controls, process improvement, and accounting team development. I’ve also worked closely with operations and leadership teams to turn financial data into practical decisions.
